Back in August I sponsored The Absolute Lovable Link Event, an event that was created to help build relationships and to promote women-based businesses and blogs. The event was featured in a blog post and was a huge success – not to mention a lot of fun!
Since then some of you may have noticed that I created a new tab here on The Work at Home Woman, named “Woman Owned”. I created this tab as a way to help women promote their businesses and blogs and I plan to launch this special feature here on January 01, 2010!
The great thing about “Woman Owned” is that because it is a main tab, the businesses and blogs listed on it won’t get lost in the shuffle like a normal blog post. With 78,000 page views months, and over 4000 + Twitter Followers and 450 + Facebook Fans this is an amazing opportunity for you to promote your woman-owned business or blog.
Participants of “Woman Owned” will get to display a 125 x 125 banner ad, along with their business or blog name, active URL and Twitter name. The businesses and blogs will be displayed there for THREE months, the link will be sent out to Twitter Followers and Facebook Fans at the beginning of each new month – so as we continue to grow so will the reach of your ad. Because the ads will remain active for three months, there will only be four times a year where you can take advantage of this fabulous opportunity!
Here are the two ways that you can participate:
- You can advertise your blog or business on Woman Owned for FREE, by simply writing a blog post on your blog about The Work at Home Woman. I do ask that you include The Work at Home Woman’s banner ad or logo and an active link back here, but you can write about whatever you want; what the site is about, a favorite blog post – it’s totally up to you.
- Or you can purchase advertising on this page for a fee of $75.00 – that’s a ton of exposure for just $25.00 a month!
If you would like to participate please drop me an email at holly@theworkathomewoman.com and let me know what option you would like. Once you have written your blog post about The Work at Home Woman or paid your advertising fee I will post your information on the page.
Businesses and blogs will be placed in the order that they are received with the grand launch on January 1, 2010. Only one direct sales consultant with be accepted from each company. So hurry to get a prime position today!
