20 Responsive Women You Need to Follow on Twitter
By Holly Reisem Hanna
It’s no doubt that Twitter has become one of the web’s leading social networks for connecting with like-minded people. In fact I’m always looking for new women entrepreneurs, bloggers and business owners to connect with.
But with this said, sometimes it’s difficult to find women who are really receptive to connecting and being responsive.
Often Twitter is just a one way street – you following the infamous tweeter.
Or people repeatedly tweeting the same sales pitch.
I have created the following list of 20 business savvy women and bloggers, who are responsive tweeters.

Holly — Thanks so much for this list. I think I was meant to read it because Tory Johnson sounds like the perfect expert for a chapter I’m writing right now on re-entry into the workforce. I’m new-ish to Twitter (@beckyandhollee), but try to be a responsive tweeter and know what it feels like to tweet at the world and feel like no one is listening. And I agree that @typeamom and @resourcefulmom and @carlayoung are very supportive of newbies. Thanks again for the list — I’m adding some right now!

Hi Hollee,
You’re welcome! Tory is great and so receptive to helping others out. She was actually kind enough to take time out of her very busy schedule (she works something like 80 hours a week) to talk to me via phone for an interview.
Thanks for the comment! See you on Twitter,
Holly

Such a great list. I learn best by watching what others do and emulating it. As a newbie to the twitter world I will love watching these women. I definately have had enough of those who just re-tweet the same sales pitch.
Thanks!

Hi Kari,
Thanks for your comment! Another Twitter pet peeve is when people ask a question, and you respond to their inquiry and they never respond back.
Have a great day,
