Last year I compiled a list of the 50 best blogs by women, however over the past year I have met a ton of cool people on Twitter and I have stumbled across some truly amazing blogs. So I thought it would be fun to make this an annual affair. Just like last year I have decided not to feature any of the power bloggers like Heather Armstrong and Ree Drummond (even though they totally rock), but these blogs below have been my go-to resources for awesome information, a bit of humor and some fantastic recreational reading.
I think you’re really going to like these – enjoy!
And if you happen to be one of our top 50 bloggers, congratulations! (You can download our new logo by right clicking and saving to your computer) or feel free to email me at holly (at) theworkathomewoman (dot) com and I’ll send you the logo.

I totally love this list, I am going to start checking them all out :-)
As a work at home woman, I don’t think you included enough political or fantasy blogs. I love Michelle Malkin and I got started reading Lovingly Shared last month. I recommend them both, but for very different reasons.

I tried to post before but it seemed like it disappeared!
Thanks for including me in this list. I see a lot of names I know and love, and new ones to discover. For next time, in the humor category, I have to recommend Jenny Baitch — Jenny from the blog — and her Suburban Jungle blog: http://www.suburbanjungle.net/
Thank you for giving work at home woman great info.

Great list. I passed the list to my wife and she loves it. Thanks.
Ladies–I didn’t see my category, so I’m making it up: Living large and way too dangerously, I’m an active, older woman who divorced one husband and buried two more husbands by the time I was a mere 42. Went on to single-parent two daughters, ten years apart in age (needed the decade to recover), while working full time. Today? Married again (OK, I’m serial monogamist), breast cancer survivor now 10 years out. I write my blog with a whole lot of hope and delicious–if ironic–humor. Love to see you there…
Hi Colleen, Thanks for sharing your story! I will definitely check out your blog =)
