One of my goals for 2010 was to produce more video blogs, so I thought how fitting, I’ll produce a video blog on where I’m at with my goals. On some of my goals I’m kicking butt, on others not so much…

I know many of you talked about creating your first video blog as one one your goals. I’d love to hear where you’re at in achieving your goals and if revisions have been needed.

Being disappointed is such a lousy feeling and the longer you dwell on the issue or problem the worse it gets; believe me I know because I’ve been there – we all have. So here is my simple tip for getting back on track and kicking disappointment to the curb.

One of my goals for 2010 is to produce more video blogs, and I gotta tell you it gets sooo much easier after you create the first one. For this one I only did 3 takes, which is considerably better than the 12 takes I did for my first video blog.

This is a great tip for those of you who already work at home or even if you’re unemployed and searching for a job online – so let me know what you think.

Ever since my friend Rebecca started posting these cute little video clips on her blog, What to Cook When, I’ve had it in the back of my mind to try some video blogging too – but honestly I’ve been a chicken. With a little inspiration from Heather Allard, The Mogul Mom I am pleased to say that I have finally produced my first vlog! It’s not great and I don’t really enjoy watching myself on video, but I did it, I broke out of my comfort zone and I now feel a great sense of accomplishment!

For 2010, I challenge you to step out of your comfort zone too, no matter what it is, joining a social network, writing your first blog post, trying a new hobby or asking for a promotion – let’s grow and learn together in 2010 by stepping out of our norm and stepping into the unknown.
