As you know, I’m always on the lookout for new ways to make money from home or on a flexible schedule. Here are some easy and quick ways to add some extra cash to your bottom line. With these new opportunities, you’re not going to get rich, but, you can treat yourself to a weekly coffee from Starbucks, pay off some debt, or save for something special. In fact, I use many of these myself.

Swagbucks is an online platform where you can earn points called SB, which can be redeemed for gift cards and coupons. You can easily earn SB points by watching videos, playing games, answering questions, shopping online, and even surfing the web using their search bar. Refer your friends, and you’ll earn even more SB points. Your SB points can be traded in for gift cards from Amazon, Target, Starbucks, PayPal, and Walmart.
Sign up today and receive a $5 bonus for joining. Swagbucks has been featured on ABC, the Huffington Post, The Penny Hoarder, and BuzzFeed, they also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Is an online platform that allows you to make money from taking surveys, watching videos, shopping, completing short tasks, and much more. Sign up and immediately earn $5 just for joining. Most offers pay between .25 to $30 per offer, and payments are made via PayPal, check, or direct deposit once your account reaches a $25 threshold. Some offers do require a credit card number, so if you don’t feel comfortable giving out that information, just stick to the offers which display the No CC icon. Fusion Cash is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
New over at Amazon, you can make money online working on HITS (Human Intelligence Tasks). A few of the tasks that I saw listed were, transcribing information from a business card to a form, pay out $0.02 cents. Another task was to transcribe a voicemail from audio to text (audio length 3 hours), payout $76.19. After you complete the task and the requester approves your work, the money is deposited into your Amazon account.
Do you have a way with words? Then this opportunity with BoostMedia may be right up your alley. You basically write PPC (pay-per-click) Ads for companies – if your ad gets accepted, or wins a contest you get paid. On their homepage, BoostMedia boasts one “Booster” who is making $1,200 a month writing ads; keep in mind that this is probably their top earner who has excellent copywriting skills and this probably not the norm.
OneSpace brings together companies and freelancers, OneSpace seeks individuals to complete a variety of tasks. Tasks include everything from simple quality assurance tasks to detailed writing assignments. Payments are made via PayPal on next-day for approved work. Featured clients include eBay, Sears, Facebook, Staples, and Overstock.com.
At Postloop you can earn extra cash by posting content on various forums. Simply sign up for an account, then start off by contributing, answering and starting new c6onversations on Postloop’s forum. Once you have completed this task and your account is approved by an administrator you can start posting on the “paid” forums. Each time you answer, reply or add a new conversation you’ll earn points – when you reach 100 points, you’ll earn $5.00. According to Postloop, the average poster receives $0.08 per post that they make. Not a lot of money, but if you love to gab, it may be a fun way to earn some extra pocket cash.
At We Go Look, individuals are paid to verify goods and services before another person buys. Tasks include looking at cars, houses and vacation rentals, verifying the quality of a product and or checking the condition of a product. Once the task is completed and you have submitted your report (including photos), you will be paid via PayPal. We Go Look pays $25.00 and up per completed assignment.
Podcoin is a smartphone app that pays you to listen to podcasts! For every 10 minutes of listening time, you'll earn 1 coin. Coins can be traded in for Amazon gift cards, PayPal cash, or physical products like a Kindle, headphones, and more. You'll need approximately 2,000 coins to purchase a $5 PayPal credit. It's not a lot of money, but, if you're already listening to the podcasts already, it could be a nice way to earn a little extra pocket change.
Survey Savvy is an online survey site where you’ll get earn money for sharing your opinions with companies. Most surveys pay out between $1 to $20 depending on the length and topic of the survey. Once your account has reached $1 in rewards, you can request payment via check. Survey Savvy has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Ibotta is an iPhone and Android application that you can use to earn money when you go shopping. Before you head out on a shopping trip complete tasks relating to your favorite brands and companies. Next, go shopping at stores like Target and Walgreens and take photos of your receipts. Once your transaction has been verified, your account will be credited with a specified cashback amount. Refer your friends and earn even more money. Payments are made via PayPal and can be transferred as soon as you earn $5. Ibotta has been featured on Mashable, Good Morning America, and Business Insider.
Ebates is another cash back shopping site. Simply sign up for a free account and then when you shop online go through the Ebates site to see if the retailer that you’re shopping with is affiliated. If they are affiliated with Ebates click on the link and start shopping. Most companies offer 3% cashback on your purchases, although I have seen some that offer 6% back and as much as 16% cashback! Want to make even more money? Refer three friends to Ebates and earn $30. Are you a blogger with a large following? Refer 400 individuals to Ebates and make a whopping $7,000! Again worth noting that Ebates is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
Fiverr is an online market place where individuals can sell small services starting out at $5.00. People sell everything from writing services, design services, voice-overs, to making phone calls and videos. Once you make a sale, Fiverr will keep of fee of $1 and payments will be made via PayPal. Now, when I first heard of Fiverr I thought it was totally nuts, but it turns out that there are some individuals who are raking it in over there. Needle is a platform that connects brands with avid fans for brand ambassadorships. How it works is instead of companies hiring call centers to handle customer queries, they hire individuals who know and love their brands. Then when a customer has a question they are connected with an Ambassador who knows the brand inside and out and is able to answer questions and make suggestions because of their own personal experience with the brand. Current companies that Needle works with are American Apparel, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Taylor Made. To become an Ambassador click on the bottom right-hand corner, on Become an Ambassador and you can earn points to use in their store, by chatting online with customers in real-time.
Social Spark is an online platform that connects bloggers, publishers, and website owners with major brands. Simply set up your account, set your price per post, pick which advertisers you’d like to work with, write your post, and then get paid via PayPal. Current companies working with Social Spark are HP, Overstock, AT&T, Microsoft, Beaches Resorts, Hilton, Kraft, and many more. Typical pay ranges from $25 – $200 per post, and you have total control over who you work with.
Viglink is an easy way for bloggers and online publishers to automate their affiliate marketing. Simply sign up and paste the dedicated code that they give you on to your website. When these links are clicked on and your readers make a purchase, you’ll earn cash. You can earn even money by adding Viglinks to your Facebook and Twitter updates or through your email account. Viglink works with companies like Amazon, Anthropologie, and Avon, in fact, they have over 30,000 companies that they are affiliated with. Refer other bloggers and friends to sign up for Viglink and earn even more money.
